Following the closure of the sausage making facility on the old Lloyd Maunder site at Willand we spent six months sourcing and tasting other suppliers' sausages to sell in our retail shops.  We eventually came to the decision that in order to continue with the same successful recipe range of speciality sausages that we had become known for, we would create our own sausage making department.  As well as supplying our own shops we are pleased to sell wholesale to the industry.
 
We make around 30 different sausages which can be purchased in 2kgs gas flushed packs to give extended life, or in large trays in any quantity required.  Our sausages are fresh, hand-linked in natural casings or devro casings should you wish them to be machine linked and regular in size.
