At Lloyd Maunder we produce a variety of sausage products for both retail and wholesale. 

We combine quality British meat with delicious fresh ingredients such as apple, cheese, cider, leeks and olives to create mouth watering sausage products.  We make many of our own seasonings as part of a commitment to reduce salt and additives, and use only natural hog or sheep casings.

Our sausages are hand-linked by skilled staff and then hung in the chiller to settle before being packed.

Regular testing by a taste panel is all part of our rigorous quality control to ensure the flavour, texture and quality is as we would expect.  It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it!

As well as making sausages we also making stuffings and burgers.  Production of these tends to be seasonal although they can be made at any time.
